At Diving Sports Canada, we aim to ship your order quickly and ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Below you will find our complete shipping and return policies.

Shipping Policy

🚚 Free Shipping on orders over $250 within Canada

  • In-stock items: Orders placed before 2 PM PST ship the same day.
  • Orders placed after 2 PM ship the next business day.
  • We ship Monday through Friday.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays ship the next business day.
  • We ship with Canada Post or UPS using Expedited service.
  • Delivery time varies depending on your location.

Pre-Orders

Some products are offered as pre-orders. Pre-order items typically ship within 4 to 12 business days. This timeframe includes the time required for us to receive the product from the manufacturer and prepare it for shipment.

All pre-orders are final sale and cannot be cancelled or returned.

Shipping Fees & International Orders

  • Shipping to the Continental United States is calculated at checkout.
  • Additional shipping fees may apply for Alaska, Hawaii, and remote areas.
  • Extra shipping charges may apply for packages with a dimension over 1 meter on any side.
  • International customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or customs fees.

Shipping Upgrades

If you require faster shipping, we can upgrade your shipping method upon request. Additional postage fees will apply. Please contact us immediately after placing your order.

If you need your order by a specific date, let us know and we will confirm if we can accommodate your request.

Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of purchase, subject to the conditions below.

  • All items must be unused and in new condition.
  • Items must be returned in the original packaging with manuals, accessories, and warranty cards.
  • Products that have been in contact with water or lubricant cannot be returned.
  • Wetsuits that have been exposed to water or lube are not eligible for return.
  • Diving Sports Canada may charge a minimum 15% restocking fee if conditions are not met.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was incorrect or defective.
  • If the return is due to our error, we will provide a return label.
  • If the return is not due to our error, return shipping will be deducted from the refund.
  • Claims for missing or damaged items must be reported within 7 business days.

Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

  • All pre-order items
  • Items marked as non-returnable on the product page

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), your refund will be processed. Please allow up to 10 business days for the credit to appear on your account.

Refunds will typically be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
